These CSPs include ERISA fiduciary service providers, investment advisors, recordkeepers, brokers, TPAs, attorneys, actuaries and certain others. Rule 404(a)(5) requires the plan administrator of participant-directed plans to provide participants with sufficient information to make informed decisions for their accounts.
